How vendor pricing is sourced, why certain figures are gated, and the limits of comparison data on WealthTech Catalog.

Pricing transparency

Where a vendor publishes list pricing on its public website, the pricing tiers shown on our vendor pages are taken directly from that source on the date noted. Where a vendor gates pricing behind a sales call or an advisor-count-based quote, we say so explicitly rather than substituting third-party guesses.

Financial disclosures

Assets under management, client counts and revenue figures cited on this site come from earnings call transcripts, regulatory filings and investor presentations of the vendor concerned. Where a private vendor does not disclose these figures separately, the page acknowledges that rather than estimating.

Analyst and market context

References to third-party analyst rankings or market positioning on this site quote the published positions only. We do not paraphrase analyst opinion as our own finding, and we do not describe any vendor as a category leader unless that placement has actually been published by the analyst concerned.

Comparison pages

Head-to-head comparisons are constructed from public feature lists, pricing tiers and documented product limitations. They are not the outcome of a paid bake-off and do not represent a procurement-grade RFP scoring. Treat them as input to a shortlist, not a final ranking.

Security and compliance claims

Where we name a vendor as holding SOC 2, ISO 27001 or another attestation, the claim is sourced from the vendor's trust center or published documentation on the date noted. Where a vendor's certification is scope-limited or has not been publicly attested, the page distinguishes those cases.

No financial, investment or legal advice

Nothing on this site is procurement, legal, financial or investment advice. It is editorial information about software products, not a recommendation about how any firm, advisor or client should invest or manage assets. Contract terms, indemnities and SLAs differ from public documentation. Validate them against the vendor's master subscription agreement before signing.
