The estimate multiplies each per-advisor tool's published annual price by your advisor count, then adds any firm-level tools at a flat rate. Monthly prices are annualized at twelve months. The result is a directional annual figure for the tools you select, not a quote.
Only vendors that publish entry pricing appear here: RightCapital and MoneyGuide for planning, Wealthbox and Redtail for CRM, Holistiplan for tax, and Nitrogen for risk and engagement. Enterprise and quote-only platforms such as Orion, Addepar, eMoney, Envestnet Tamarac, Advyzon, Black Diamond, Masttro and Practifi are excluded because their pricing is not published, and we do not invent figures.

Those platforms are quote-only and do not publish pricing. Including a guessed number would misrepresent them, so they are left out. Read their reviews for what is known about their pricing models.
Does the total include implementation?
No. The figure covers annual subscription cost only. Ask each vendor for an all-in first-year quote that includes onboarding and data migration.
